The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Unfortunately, the room was lacking. there was no hot water, no hand towels, and the TV remote was frustrating to use. The air conditioner was noisy, disrupting sleep, and the breakfast options were underwhelming with only green bananas and small muffins available. Despite these issues, the location is convenient to many restaurants.

Not my favorite stay

The room was super cramped with a tiny bathroom, like where do I even put my stuff? The bed felt like I was sleeping on a pile of springs. Found a couple of roaches in the bathroom too, not cool. On the bright side, the breakfast was decent! Just wish the TV remotes worked better.

It was just a solid selection for a holiday in Pelham with outstanding value. The coffee maker was filthy with old coffee left in it, which really turned me off. Make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies if you need anything.
